It goes without saying that this is one of the friendliest places in the area, for beads or anything. Kathleen, the owner of Diva Beads and Jewles, is acts like anything but a Diva. Her open hearted way of treating everyone who walks in the door makes it easy to realax and spend time, while her expertise and creativity makes it easy to bring your ideas to life. I called and had an idea for my wife's birthday, and by the time I came in the door 30 minutes later Kathleen had already put together a beautiful ring to show me. A grand daughter of a customer had already fallen in love with the prototype, so when I said it was perfect and I loved it Kathleen went right to work and made another in my wife's size. Then she spent about 10 minutes with me while we both worked to find the exact shapes, sizes and color for a matching pair of earrings, and within 40 minutes I left the store with the perfect present. Kathleen, you are not a Diva, but you are Divine.

I've been a customer for 5 years plus. It's been such a joy to watch this business grow. Kathleen is one of the most driven, determined and personable people I've met. Such a joy to be around her and the wonderful products in the store! I recommend taking the time to attend a class! Just a great place to be. Great service. Reasonable prices. Kathleen is wonderful at creating ideas, teaching new techniques, assisting her customers with supplies,and jewelry repair. Have recommended her to many of my friends. If you've never attended a workshop, you're missing a fun night. Girl's night out is great. She can even book you for private group lessons.

I do highly recommend anyone interested in beading/ learning how to make their own jewerly get in to see Kathleen! Prices ~ very reasonable Service~ excellent My "expectations" were met many times over! Not being a "beader" myself I do like to incorporate beads into some of my crochet work. I met Kathleen and discussed my project and that I needed her advice on the right size of bead and quantity. I've been extremely pleased with her assistance every time! I've taken several classes with her &/or her guest teachers and am so pleased with all I've learned from them.

Diva Beads & Jewels is a place where, the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Kathleen is knowledgeable, talented and most of all, helpful and passionate about your needs and ideas. Her classes are wonderful, fun and creative. I just love her....Oh... and her store!! Highly recommend to make a visit. Bring in the kids... they love it there and Kathleen is fantastic with kids!!! I love this store. Kathleen, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist you with your project. She has group classes twice a week for beadwork and wirework and the classes are always great fun.
